Jaylon Estelle – Hanline Frozen Employee of the Month

We are delighted to announce that Jaylon Estelle has been named Hanline Frozen Employee of the Month! Jaylon is an integral member of our 1st shift production team and has been contributing his skills and dedication to our team for the past seven months.

Jaylon’s advice for new hires is both wise and encouraging: take things at your own pace and don’t let the job overwhelm you. This mindset has undoubtedly played a role in his success and exemplary performance.

When asked about his favorite part of working at Hanline, Jaylon enthusiastically mentioned his teammates. The camaraderie and teamwork he experiences here make his job enjoyable and fulfilling.

Beyond work, Jaylon has a couple of fascinating aspirations. He dreams of traveling to Hawaii and meeting LeBron James, whom he admires greatly for his remarkable achievements.
